The Eavesdropper
National Film and Television School, 2008
Collaboration between Cinematography, Visual Effects and Production Design
Plan and elevations created through the use of reverse lens projection and forced perspective techniques. This exercise involved using these methods to deconstruct the painting of a Dutch Master (in this case, the Eavesdropper by Nicholas Maes) in order to create accurate technical drawings of the space that were then used to construct a studio set-build ‘mock-up’ of the painting.
This project is still in post-production.
