Whilst working in the Set Decoration department of Assassin’s Creed, one of Sophie’s tasks was to generate ideas and map out detailed construction instructions for a series of Execution Posts that were to be used in a stunt sequence.  Each post featured a different gargoyle head and had to be measured and sculpted, incorporating safety elements to suit specific actors and their actions.

She also designed and created the digital laser-cutting files for the intricate layers of filigree pattern-work that was used to make the Master Throne, seen in close-up detail.  After careful assembly of the numerous components, and, clever painting and aging techniques, the final outcome had the appearance of hand carved, solid oak when in actual fact it had been made from cheap MDF.
